Our Return Policy

Every item you order from us is custom-made specifically for you once you place your order. Because of this unique production process, we cannot offer returns or exchanges for reasons such as buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or a change of mind. Please be sure to carefully review all product details, sizing charts, when making a purchase.

We do offer a replacement under the following specific circumstances.

Eligible Reasons for a Replacement

We will gladly replace items that are:

  • Damaged or Defective: If an item arrives with a manufacturing error, is misprinted, or is damaged, we will cover the costs for a replacement or a refund.
  • Wrong Item: If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered (e.g., wrong design, color chosen, or product), we will correct the mistake at no additional cost to you.

You must submit a claim for any of these issues within 30 days of receiving your product. All returned merchandise must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase to initiate the process.

How to Submit a Claim

To report an issue with an order, please first submit an e-mail to connect@thesocietywekulture.comThis will allow us to quickly review your request, provide a solution and inform you of our returns policy procedure. Please include a clear photo of the item, your order number, and a detailed description of the issue.

Handling Undeliverable Shipments

  • Incorrect Address: If a shipment is returned to our facility due to an insufficient or incorrect address provided by you, you will be responsible for the reshipment costs. We will contact you to confirm an updated address before sending it out again.
  • Unclaimed Shipments: If a package is unclaimed by you and is returned to our facility, you will be liable for the reshipment costs.
  • Lost in Transit: For packages that are lost by the shipping carrier, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. If a claim is determined to be an error on our part, we will cover the costs. All transit claims to be submitted to connect@thesocietywekulture.com

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

  1. The supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
  2. Sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,

therefore The Society We Kulture reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
