At TheSocietyWekulture, we believe in quality over mass production. To help combat the environmental impact of "fast fashion," we do not hold massive amounts of pre-made stock in a warehouse.

Instead, every single item is printed specifically for you the moment you place your order. This "made-to-order" approach significantly reduces textile waste and ensures that no unsold garments end up in landfills.

Global Reach, Local Impact

To get your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible, we partner with a global network of printing hubs. We automatically route your order to the facility closest to your doorstep—with major hubs in the USA, UK, and Latvia.

Where We Ship: We currently serve customers in the USA, Canada, UK, European Union, Australia, and New Zealand.

The Benefits of Local Fulfilment

By shipping from the hub closest to your location, we provide several key advantages:

  • Lower Carbon Footprint: Your package travels a shorter distance, significantly reducing the shipping emissions associated with your purchase.
  • Reduced Customs & Duties: Because we fulfil orders within your regional trade zones (such as the EU, UK, or USA), most customers will not face unexpected import taxes or customs delays.
  • Reliable Tracking: Every order is sent with full tracking, so you can follow your item's journey from the printer to your porch.

Delivery Timelines:

Because your item is being custom created just for you, our delivery times are slightly longer than traditional "off-the-shelf" retailers:

  1. Production (2–5 business days): Your design is printed, quality-checked, and packed.
  2. Shipping
    (3–10 business days):     Depending on your specific location and the
    hub used.
  3. Estimated delivery timelines will be shown @ checkout for both Domestic and International deliveries.

Note: While we aim to fulfill every order from the nearest local hub, occasionally stock levels may require us to ship from a secondary location. In these rare cases, international shipping times may apply.

Delivery Tracking:

  • Please be sure to download the Shop App. This will give all information relevant to tracking your order.
  • The "Address Accuracy" Disclaimer: Since items are printed to order, you cannot "cancel" them once they hit the printer. "Please double-check your shipping address; we cannot redirect packages once they have entered the production phase."

Where we fulfil: To maintain our high standards for quality and consistency, we utilize specialized fulfilment hubs:

  • UK & European Union - Local Fulfilment: Orders are fulfilled and shipped locally from the United Kingdom and Latvia. Because we ship from within these regions, most of our customers in the UK, and EU will not encounter additional import duties or customs fees.
  • USA - Local Fulfilment: Orders are fulfilled and shipped locally from the primary facilities in the United States. Because we ship from within our customers in the USA will not encounter additional import duties or customs fees.
  • Canada, Australia & New Zealand: All orders are fulfilled and shipped from our primary facilities in the United States.

Our Tax Policy:

  • Canada: We are a Canadian-registered business. We collect GST/HST on all Canadian orders at checkout as required by law.
  • Import Notice: Because your order is shipped from the USA, it is considered an import. While we collect sales tax, orders may be subject to additional customs duties or carrier handling fees upon arrival, as determined by the CBSA.
  • Australia & New Zealand: We currently operate below the local GST registration thresholds; therefore, no tax is collected at checkout.
  • Import Notice: Your order will be shipped from the USA. While most orders under $1,000 AUD / $1,000 NZD pass through customs without additional GST, they remain subject to local import regulations and potential carrier processing fees.
  • United Kingdom & EU: We do not collect VAT at checkout.
  • Local Fulfilment: Because these orders are fulfilled locally within your region (UK/Latvia), you will not be charged import VAT or "IOSS customs fees. The price you see at checkout is the final price.

TheSocietyWeKulture is not responsible for these charges if they are applied. They are the responsibility of the customer.
